VANCOUVER, BC – The 2016 MLS season is almost here, and that calls for a party.
Heading into the club’s sixth season in Major League Soccer, Vancouver Whitecaps FC will host their 2016 Season Launch Party presented by Red Bull on Monday, February 29 at the Commodore Ballroom. Doors will open at 6 p.m. PT.
This year’s party will be emceed by TSN Radio duo Matt Sekeres and Blake Price, hosts of the midday show from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on
TSN 1040 Vancouver
. Music will be provided by Vancouver’s own DJ Flipout from
Virgin Radio
.
The Season Launch Party is an exclusive event for ‘Caps Club Members and is open to all ages. Attendees will have the chance to:
- Mingle with players
- Get autographs and photos taken
- Hear from head coach Carl Robinson
- Purchase the new ‘Sea to Sky’ secondary kit
- Enjoy music from DJ Flipout
Tickets go on sale this coming Monday, February 15. Through the club’s newest partnership with BCAA, a pre-sale will be available this coming Friday, February 12 to ‘Caps Club Members with a BCAA Membership. Tickets are $5 with proceeds donated to BC Children’s Hospital Foundation.
