PROGRESS PRIDE FLAG

The first 500 fans to enter the stadium will receive a Progress Pride Flag.

The Progress Pride Flag was created by digital artist Daniel Quasar in 2018 as a more inclusive version of the Rainbow Pride flag. The white, pink and blue bands represent the trans community and the brown and black bands represent people of colour.

Guests are recommended to arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the start of the match to allow for vaccine verification and other health and safety protocols upon entry.

Youth aged 12-18 are exempt from showing ID but must show proof of vaccination. Youth aged 11 and under are exempt from showing ID or proof of vaccination. Proof of a negative COVID-19 test will not be accepted for admittance.

MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR AGES 5 & UP

MOBILE ENTRY

For safety and environmental purposes, all tickets for Whitecaps FC matches will be through mobile ticketing, providing a contactless and paperless experience.

Season ticket members and pack holders will need to access their tickets through whitecapsfc.com/accountmanager. Single match buyers will access their tickets through Ticketmaster.

CASHLESS TRANSACTIONS

In order to reduce the potential for hand-to-hand contact, and to improve the efficiency of payment transactions, BC Place is now a cashless venue.

Concessions and food and beverage vendors will accept all major digital forms of payment including Mobile, Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Cash payments will not be accepted.

There will be a Cash to Card kiosk located at Sec 235 where guests can exchange cash for cards to use at the food and beverage locations throughout the stadium.

CLEAR BAGS/BAG CHECK

For ease of entry, Whitecaps FC recommend that fans don’t bring a bag to the stadium.

If fans do bring a bag, they should make sure it’s made of clear plastic and smaller than 12”x12”x6”. Exceptions will be made for diaper bags and medically necessary items that do not fit into a clear bag. Fans can bring one small opaque bag, but it can’t be larger than 4.5”x 6.5”. All bags will be inspected prior to entry.
