VANCOUVER, BC – Vancouver Whitecaps FC striker Brian White has earned a call-up to the United States men's national team for the second consecutive year.

White will join the USMNT on Tuesday in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida as they prepare for two games in the Sunshine State. The US will host Venezuela on January 18 at Chase Stadium, Ft. Lauderdale and then Costa Rica on January 22 at Inter&Co Stadium, Orlando.

Following his two weeks with the national team, White will join the 'Caps preseason camp in Marbella, Spain.

This marks White’s second consecutive call-up to the USMNT’s January camp. The forward earned his first cap for his country during the 2024 camp, as he started and played 62 minutes in an international friendly against Slovenia.

This past season, the highest-scoring American in MLS for the second consecutive season enjoyed another record-breaking campaign with Whitecaps FC. Across all competitions, the product of Flemington, New Jersey tallied 16 goals, as well as three assists, in 41 starts and 44 appearances. White also made history as he became the club’s leading goalscorer across all competitions in the MLS era with his clever finish at New York Red Bulls on April 27. White currently sits at 55 goals since joining the club in 2021.

The USMNT continues their new era in 2025 under former Tottenham Hotspur FC, Paris Saint Germain, and Chelsea FC head coach Mauricio Pochettino, as they prepare to host the 2026 FIFA Men’s World Cup alongside Canada and Mexico.
