VANCOUVER, BC – Vancouver Whitecaps FC confirmed that the club’s next two MLS NEXT Pro home matches for Whitecaps FC 2 (WFC2) will be played at the grass pitch inside the National Soccer Development Centre (NSDC). Kickoff for both matches will be at 2 p.m. PT.
- Saturday, September 9 vs. St. Louis CITY2
- Saturday, September 16 vs. San Jose Earthquakes II
Due to limited capacity, no additional tickets will be made available.
Swangard Stadium, the home venue of Whitecaps FC 2, is unavailable for the remainder of the season as renovations continue on the Burnaby facility.
WFC2 are currently five points out of a playoff spot with three matches remaining. CITY2 are seven points ahead of the young ‘Caps, while Quakes II are just six points ahead.Â
