Erik Hurtado has his first goal for Norwegian side MjĂžndalen.
The 24-year-old striker, who is on loan from Vancouver Whitecaps FC, found the back of the net over the weekend in a 4-1 loss to StabĂŠk.
Hurtado gently directed a glancing header through the legs of the goalkeeper early in the second half but it wasnât enough to upset second-place StabĂŠk, who are coached by former U.S. national team head coach Bob Bradley.
MjĂžndalen are in the relegation zone by a single point with four matches remaining. Hurtado has started three of his seven appearances since joining the team in August.
