VANCOUVER, BC – Vancouver Whitecaps FC announced on Wednesday that midfielder Ralph Priso has been re-signed to a new contract through 2025, with club options for 2026 and 2027.
“We’re happy to have agreed on a new contract with Ralph,” said Axel Schuster, Whitecaps FC sporting director. “He really grew in his role and progressed well during his first season at the club. We look forward to helping him continue in his development.”

After being acquired via a trade with Colorado Rapids in March, Priso went on to start eight of his 20 appearances across all competitions in his first season with the ’Caps. Three of those appearances came in the TELUS Canadian Championship, as he helped the team claim their third consecutive Voyageurs Cup. In addition, the 22-year-old native of Toronto, Ontario tallied two assists and featured in seven of the final nine regular season matches of 2024.
Prior to making the move to Vancouver, Priso made 36 appearances across all competitions for the Rapids. He also spent time with Toronto FC, making 33 appearances across all competitions after signing a Homegrown contract in October 2020.
