Spectator Information: 'Caps aim for Concacaf Champions Cup comeback

VANCOUVER, BC – It's a must-win on Thursday as Vancouver Whitecaps FC host Costa Rican side Deportivo Saprissa in the second leg of Round One in the Concacaf Champions Cup.

Single match tickets are available at ticketmaster.ca/whitecaps. For all other ticket options, visit whitecapsfc.com/tickets. The winner will move on to face Mexican giants CF Monterrey, with a quick turnaround to the potential first leg of that series on Wednesday, March 5 at BC Place.

Kid Captain

Whitecaps FC are honoured to have Eden Belle O'Neill from Ethos Lab as Kid Captain for Thursday's Concacaf Champions Cup match versus Deportivo Saprissa.

Eden Belle is the 17-year-old founder of Black Queen Collective, a sisterhood and mental health support organization for Black teenage girls. An active member of Black STEAM organization Ethos Lab, she also sits on the Youth Council of the Jr Black Achievement Awards and serves as Youth Representative for The City of Vancouver's Anti-Black, Racism & Cultural Redress Advisory group. Eden Belle plans to study law in the future, as she is a passionate advocate for social justice and prison reform.
