Tonight is Noche Latina night! Come out and celebrate the Latin American community on our team and in Vancouver.
Kickoff is at 8 p.m. PT. Limited tickets are still available HERE.
Make sure to purchase your 50/50 tickets tonight. Due to an unclaimed jackpot from a previous match, tonight's 50/50 jackpot will be starting at $16,345!
IMPORTANT: Please note that the bag policy is now in effect. In compliance with MLS policy, no bags larger than 14”x14”x6” will be permitted into the stadium.
BAG POLICY
Anyone with a bag larger than the designated size will be turned away at the gate.
Courtesy of the ‘Caps partnership with the Bike Valet, fans will have the option of checking their oversized bag on a first come, first serve basis at the Bike Valet at Gate C. Please note that space at the bag check is limited.
Special consideration for larger bags will be made for guest with medical needs and to parents caring for infants. Event security will open all bags for a visual inspection at the gates and Bike Valet.
STADIUM ENTRY
Due to construction, the outside stadium concourse will be inaccessible between Gates E and G. Gate F remains closed for the 2016 season.
Please arrive early! Doors open at 7:00 p.m. PT (6:30 p.m. PT for suite holders).
Be sure to check out our new security procedures and allow for extra time. All guests entering BC Place are subject to a mandatory pat down and bag search.
If you experience a lineup at a given gate, please remember that you can enter the stadium at any alternate gate, except Gate F.
TICKET PICK-UP
All printed tickets will be available for pick-up at Team Ticket Services, located at Gate H. For all season ticket inquiries, please go to Gate H.
Ticket printing services are available at every gate with the exception of the closed Gate F.
Box offices at Gate A and H will open at 6 p.m. PT. All other box offices will open at 6:30 p.m. PT.
Your tickets are also available on mobile, either through the ‘Caps App or Ticketmaster.
NOCHE LATINA
In celebration of the Latin American community, tonight's match will feature a performance from Mariachi Las Estrellas at ‘Caps Kickoff and the matchday program will include one of four Noche Latina-themed player posters.
There will also be 1,000 limited run collectible posters featuring Pedro Morales, Kendall Waston, Matias Laba, and Cristian Techera available for free at Whitecaps FC Sales and Service booths (sections 215 & 240) for fans who have downloaded the ‘Caps App.
HONOURING 2006 USL FIRST DIVISION CHAMPIONS
To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Whitecaps FC winning the 2006 USL First Division Championships, nine members of the championship winning men’s team will walk out with the ‘Caps before kickoff tonight.
‘CAPS KICKOFF
Come out to ‘Caps Kickoff from 6:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. PT at the Terry Fox Plaza and get excited about the match. ‘Caps fans of all ages are invited show their support for the Blue and White at this fun community event.
‘Caps Kickoff will feature:
- Whitecaps FC player Jordan Harvey will be signing autographs at the Bell Fan Zone from 7 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. PT! Fans can also get their faces painted and play FIFA ’16.
- The BC Place Patio is open! Come out and enjoy a cold one and early bird specials (weather dependent) while listening to Las Estrellas Mariachi Band!
- Check out the Whitecaps FC merchandise truck to pick-up your own ‘Caps swag!
- Vancouver Police Foundation is tonight's community match day partner. Be sure to stop by their booth to purchase a pair of aviator sunglasses for charity.
- Stop by the BC Hall of Fame tent and get a picture with Canadian Olympic swimmer Brent Hayden!
- Canada Soccer will be on site. Drop by and enter to win two tickets to the Canada vs. El Salvador FIFA World Cup qualifier match on September 6, 2016 at BC Place.

- BCAA and EVO’s Soccer Shootout. All fans who participate will win a prize. The more goals you score, the better your prize! There will also be a spin-the-wheel and an inflatable sports cage where you can measure your speed and accuracy.
- Play a game of foosball at the KIA Lounge or grab a match day magnet from the KIA car!
- Fans can also stop by the BMO booth to play a fun game of “human foosball”.
- Sammy Soccer Stiltwalker and Freddie Futball will be on hand to deliver interactive fun and laughs. Take them on in a friendly match and show them your skills!
- TSN 1040’s promo team will be at ‘Caps Kickoff! TSN 1040 will be broadcasting live from in stadium.
SHOW YOUR SUPPORT FOR THE VPD AND LOOK GOOD DOING IT!
Community match day partner Vancouver Police Foundation will be selling a limited quantity of VPD Aviators during ‘Caps Kickoff. Each summer, the VPD in partnership with Whitecaps FC organize youth soccer camps for hundreds of inner-city kids. With each purchase of the VPD Aviators, you are funding these important community outreach programs.
The sun is back in the city so come down to the Vancouver Police Foundation booth and purchase a pair for $20 before they are all gone!
One lucky group of fans in a sunny section will be given VPD Aviators during the match!
FOOD AND DRINK SPECIALS
Make sure to arrive early as there will be food and drink specials inside the stadium from 7 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. PT!
Get 12oz. Domestic Draught Beer for $6 and 1 piece Fish and Chips for $6.75 or a 2 piece for $8.75.
Enjoy food specials on the patio (weather dependent) at ‘Caps Kickoff from 6:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. PT. Menu items include Smoked Cheddar Sausage for $6.50, BBQ All Beef Burger for $8.50, and Select Domestic Beer Cans for $6.

50/50 PROGRAM
The ‘Caps 50/50 program presented by Save-On-Foods is run at MLS home matches at BC Place and benefits BC Children’s Hospital Foundation.
Due to an unclaimed jackpot from a previous match, tonight's 50/50 jackpot will be starting at $16,345!
Purchase your tickets at section 234 or with 50/50 sellers on the concourse. Tickets are three for $5, 7 for $10 or 18 for $20.
Must be 19 years or older to play. Know your limit, play within it.
BIKE VALET
The bike valet service will operate from Gate C. Bike valet service is available from gate opening time to a half hour after the final whistle.
KIA PITCHSIDE CLUB ACCESS
Due to the recent construction at BC Place and along Pacific Boulevard, the KIA Pitchside Club entrance is closed until further notice. To access the KIA Pitchside Club area, please proceed to the main concourse and walk down the corresponding section aisle to your seats. An accessible option is also available via the elevator at Section 247 down to the KIA Pitchside Club Lounge.
ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
All stadium entrances are wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair seating is located on Level 2. All suites are also wheelchair accessible.
A temporary gate at section 139 (from parking lot 457) will act as a drop-off location for those requiring an accessible entrance from Pacific Boulevard. BC Place staff will be stationed at section 139 to assist and shuttle guests to the section 147 elevator.
Please note that the accessible entrance located on Pacific Boulevard underneath Gate F will be closed.
