Home comforts: Whitecaps FC have never lost at home against Toronto FC in Canadian Championship history. Vancouver are 3-0-4 in seven previous meetings, winning the home leg in 2009, 2014, and 2016.
Looking for revenge: Wednesday’s matchup is Vancouver’s first against Toronto FC in the Canadian Championship since a heart-breaking stoppage time goal won the cup for Toronto on away goals in 2016.
