Whitecaps FC fans are encouraged to #JeanUp and wear denim to the matches on Saturday, April 23 and Wednesday, April 27 in support of BC Children's Hospital.
At Saturday’s match versus FC Dallas, fans will have the opportunity to purchase a Jeans Day button for $5 or a lapel pin for $20 with all proceeds donated to BC Children's Hospital Foundation.Jeans Day buttons and pins will be sold on the concourse as well as at sections 209 and 219.
Fans who purchase a button or pin at the match can enter for a chance to win a special edition denim Portmanteau Stereo designed by former Whitecaps FC captain Jay DeMerit.
At the 'Caps match on Wednesday, April 27 versus Sporting Kansas City, fans can pre-purchase a Jeans Day BBQ ticket at a special rate of $10! Each ticket includes a burger, salad, beverage, and dessert. The BBQ will take place on Jeans Day (Thursday, April 28) at the Vancouver Art Gallery from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. PT.
