Here are Colin's keys to this all-Canadian battle in Toronto.
Get the ball into the box
Toronto have not been good defensively.
They’ve conceded 24 goals in their past 11 matches. And starting goalkeeper Sean Johnson is out injured.
We need to get the ball into the box and put their goalkeeper under pressure.
TFC’s reaction
There will have been a reaction to their hiring of John Herdman as head coach.
Even though he hasn’t started yet, we already saw that in their 3-1 win over Philadelphia to break their 10-game losing streak.
They are going to be up for this one, and so will their crowd. We will need to be up for it as well to prove that we’re the best team in Canada.
Discipline defensively, brave in attack
Toronto do still pose a threat with the players they have.
Being disciplined defensively will be critical.
But we also need to be brave and with quality going forward.
