Today is the day, at 2 p.m. PT voting will close and we will find out who has won the MLS W.O.R.K.S Community MVP award. For this final push, we're asking fans to participate in a final #10For10000 campaign. Take 10 minutes of your time to vote as many times as you can today to help Vancouver nominee Alan Bates and the Vancouver Street Soccer League earn the $10,000 prize.
Since, the start of the contest Philadelphia Union and FC Dallas nominees have been going back and forth in the first two spots, but now is the time to help Alan vault to the top!
Bates was a distant twelfth early last week, but incredible support has rallied him into third spot. For days on end members of Vancouver Street Soccer have each devoted one hour of their day to sit in front of a computer and vote for Alan. A mid-week surge propelled Bates to fifth by last Thursday.
For the past week, Bates has been stuck in third. Now it’s your turn, we need you to help us push Alan over the top and help get Vancouver Street Soccer a donation of $10,000.
