VANCOUVER, BC – After wrapping up their two-match California road trip, Whitecaps FC 2 return to Swangard Stadium for a clash with fellow Western Conference foes Sporting Kansas City II on Friday, June 2 in the first meeting of the season between the two teams. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. PT. All youth 18 and under get free access to the match!

BACK AT HOME: Whitecaps FC 2 are back at Swangard Stadium on Friday, June 2 as they host Sporting Kansas City II in the hopes of continuing their surge towards the top of the MLS NEXT Pro Western Conference standings. The young 'Caps are coming off a two-match road trip in California, where they picked up four points thanks to a 1-0 win over San Jose Earthquakes II and a 2-2 regulation draw against Los Angeles Galaxy II. At home, WFC2 have posted a 4W-1L-0SW-0SL record, scoring 12 goals and posting two clean sheets in that span.
GOALS GALORE: Heading into Friday's match, WFC2 have had goal contributions from 14 different players in their first 11 matches of the season. Leading the way in goals are Kamron Habibullah and Levonte Johnson with four strikes each, while Antoine Coupland and J.C. Ngando lead the assists department with three each. In total, the young 'Caps have scored 22 goals this season, the third-most in the Western Conference.
