The month of May was a memorable one for Vancouver Whitecaps FC.
The ‘Caps posted a 3W-1L-1D record and got big performances from several different players. But who shone the brightest? Here are this month’s nominees for the Whitecaps FC Player of the Month, presented by Coldwell Banker.

Christian Bolaños: Played the full 90 minutes in four of Vancouver’s five matches. Had two goals and one assist and created the second most chances on the team (10).
Matias Laba: Played the full 90 minutes in all five of Vancouver’s matches. Led Whitecaps FC in tackles (28), interceptions (12), and duels won (39).
Kekuta Manneh: Appeared in four of Vancouver’s five matches, including three starts. Had three goals and two assists and was named the MLS Player of the Week after leading the ‘Caps to a 4-3 road win over Toronto FC.
Pedro Morales: Started all five of Vancouver’s matches, recording two goals and two assists. Led the team in successful passes (261) and touches (375), while accumulating the second most tackles (11) and duels won (23).
