VANCOUVER, BC – The full Vancouver Whitecaps FC team and coaching staff made a special appearance at the Bell Campus on October 2 to support the launch of Bell's yearly Employee Giving Campaign in support of United Way.
Although the weather outside was unfavourable, spirits were high in support of a wonderful cause. 'Caps players participated in relay races and musical chairs alongside staff from Bell.
United Way have worked to prevent social problems like child poverty, bullying, and senior isolation in the Lower Mainland for over 80 years. Working with over 150 community partners, United Way funds about 450 programs each year to create a better future for children and seniors.
