VANCOUVER, BC – Vancouver Whitecaps FC announced on Monday that the ‘Caps reserves will play a friendly match at USL affiliate Fresno FC on Wednesday, September 5 at 7 p.m. PT at Chukchansi Park in Fresno, California.
“We’re looking forward to sending out a team to play our USL affiliate Fresno FC for the first time,” said Whitecaps FC president Bob Lenarduzzi. “This is a great opportunity for some of our young, non-MLS players to get game action. This will be the first of several competitive outings lined up for this group.”
