Evaluations for both the Whitecaps FC Prospects Academy and School Academy are set for this Saturday and Sunday April 20 and 21 at Vernon Vantage One Soccer Centre - Marshall Field.
The Prospects Academy is a ten week spring program for ages U-10 through U-17 that will run April through June. It includes weekly training as well as a Whitecaps weekend in Vancouver to train and watch a Whitecaps FC match.
The School academy provides motivated grade 8 to 12 male and female students/athletes and opportunity to train within school timetable. The program start with the school year in September and runs through January.
All sessions are developed by Whitecaps FC professional coaching staff and delivered by Whitecaps FC Okanagan regional head coach David Broadhurst with visits from Whitecaps FC Vancouver based coaches.
Players must go through an evaluation process and be selected to attend either academy.
