Vancouver Whitecaps FC has confirmed league and schedule plans for the club’s BMO MLS Boys Academy teams for the 2021-22 season.
The U-19 boys team will play their fall season in the Fraser Valley Soccer League (FVSL) Premier League with nine other Lower Mainland clubs.
The U-17 and U-15 teams will be playing their first seasons in MLS NEXT following it’s launch this year and restricted border travel.
The U-16 squad will play a schedule of matches primarily against BC Soccer Premier League (BCSPL) teams.
The U-23 team has been playing a series of exhibition matches locally and within Canada, including two matches in Calgary this week. Plans for the upcoming season will be announced in the coming months.
