Vancouver Whitecaps FC will be hosting the club’s seventh annual Pride Match this coming Saturday, May 25 when they face Western Conference rivals FC Dallas. Kickoff is set for 4 p.m. PT.

PRIDE ON THE PITCH
‘Caps players will wear special Pride crested jerseys on the field, while there will also be custom corner flags on the pitch. New this year will be multi-coloured nets in honour of the evening’s celebrations.
TAKE PART IN THE STANDS
Fans are encouraged to be in their seats prior to kickoff to take an active part in bringing the colour to BC Place by holding up signs placed in each seat. Following the starting lineups, the multi-coloured cards will combine to form a rainbow around the stands.Be loud and proud for this visual display!
CONNI SMUDGE STEALS THE SHOW
‘Caps Kickoff will be full of fun on Terry Fox Plaza before kickoff from 2:30 to 3:45 p.m. PT. Events will be hosted by the one and only Conni Smudge, including a drag show and lip sync performance. While enjoying the heat, fans can cool off with a drink during Early Bird specials at the b(qu)eer garden. Conni will also be hosting a drag race on the pitch at halftime.
MULTI-COLOURED MERCH
Fans can also get the limited time offered Pride cresting on their own kits, as well as a special edition Pride scarf.
RAINBOW GRILLED CHEESE
BC Place and Centerplate will officially unveil their eye-catching Rainbow Grilled Cheese sandwich, which will be available at Boom Kitchen in sections 210 and 244.
SHER
