VANCOUVER, BC – Vancouver Whitecaps FC announced today their 2015 MLS regular season home kickoff times, as well as the broadcast schedule. Canadian national television network TSN will broadcast all 2015 Whitecaps FC MLS matches live across Canada on TSN or TSN2.
The Blue and White will have a cross-section of late afternoon and evening kickoff times with the majority of matches taking place on Saturday. Two of the three Sunday matches will kick off at 4 p.m. PT, while the other will start at 6 p.m. PT. The three Wednesday home matches will kick off at 7 p.m. PT.
The upcoming ’Caps regular season will see a record 23 matches on TSN (TSN1, TSN3, TSN4, or TSN5), including First Kick against Toronto FC on March 7 at BC Place and five of the six Cascadia Cup matches. The remaining 11 regular season matches will air live nationally on TSN2.
The familiar voices of Luke Wileman and Jason deVos will once again call the majority of Whitecaps FC matches on TSN with support from sideline reporter Perry Solkowski.
On the radio side, Peter Schaad and David Norman will have the call on TSN Radio 1410 Vancouver. Solkowski will host the two-hour pre-game and two hour post-game shows for all matches at BC Place, while Schaad will continue to host the pre and post-match shows during away matches.
