VANCOUVER, BC – Vancouver Whitecaps FC kick off the start of the club’s 2024 preseason this weekend in advance of the 2024 Concacaf Champions Cup, MLS regular season, Canadian Championship, and Leagues Cup.

Players will report to Vancouver on January 6, and conduct medicals at the Whitecaps FC National Soccer Development Centre on January 7 and 8. On January 9, Whitecaps FC will depart Vancouver for a three-week camp in Marbella, Spain at the Marbella Football Centre. Preseason games in Spain will be confirmed in the coming days. The trip will mark the second consecutive year the team travels to Marbella for preseason, having spent two-weeks there in January 2023.

The ’Caps will return to Vancouver on February 1 in advance of their Concacaf Champions Cup Round One first leg against Tigres UANL on February 7. The team will then depart to Monterrey, Mexico on February 12 ahead of the second leg on February 14.
