VANCOUVER, BC - Vancouver Whitecaps FC confirmed on Friday that attacking midfielder Yordy Reyna has been called up to the Peruvian men's national team for a pair of home friendlies in November.
La Blanquirroja face Ecuador on November 15 in Lima, and then battle Costa Rica on November 20 in Arequipa.
Reyna has two goals in 20 appearances with the Peruvian men’s national team, most recently making a substitute appearance in a 1-1 friendly draw against USA in October.
Reyna finished his second MLS season with the 'Caps with six goals and 11 assists in 21 starts and 26 appearances.
