The U-19s won 3-1 on Saturday against Sacramento.
Theo Bair scored twice in the first half, and Georges Mukumbilwa added a third goal in the second half for the win.

It was a double weekend for the U-15s, who played on both Saturday and Sunday the weekend after returning from the Rotterdam Football Cup.
On Saturday, the ‘Caps played to a 2-2 draw against Sacramento, battling back after playing down a man due to a red card. Dale Reas-Do and Isaac Milambo scored the goals.
Sunday ended in a 6-1 win versus Ballistic United SC.
Kam Habibullah and Junior Nkana Bassi scored twice each, while Eric White and Frixos Petsas added the others.
