YOUNG 'CAPS ON THE ROAD: Whitecaps FC wrap up their three-match road trip out east with a visit to Montreal, looking to continue to make steady improvements. The young squad is coming off a stronger performance in their rematch with Toronto FC on Friday but remain aiming for an away result on the current trip. 21-year old Homegrown keeper Thomas Hasal, who had seven saves against TFC in his last outing, has been a revelation this season.

HOMECOMING: Marc Dos Santos and his brother Phillip hail from Montreal. Marc was a member of the Impact coaching staff from 2009-11, taking the reins as head coach in 2009. Goalkeeper coach Youssef Dahha spent 13 years with Impact from 2005-17. Left back Cristian Gutierrez makes his return to his native province of Quebec for the first time since moving to Chile at age three.

KEY PLAYERS: The young 'Caps backline face an Impact attack led by trio Romell Quioto, Saphir Taider, and Maximiliano Urruti, who have combined for eight goals in the season so far. The two sides each boast strong centre mids in newcomers Leonardo Owusu and former Tottenham Hotspur Victor Wanyama. A pair of longtime teammates on the Canada MNT in Russell Teibert and Samuel Piette could play pivotal roles for their respective sides at midfield.

Concacaf Champions League
Rommell Quioto featured for Honduran Liga Nacional side C.D. Olimpia when they faced Whitecaps FC in the group stage of the 2015-16 CONCACAF Champions League.
