VANCOUVER, BC – Western Conference leaders Vancouver Whitecaps FC are back this week with two massive home matches at BC Place. First up, the Blue and White are set to host LIGA MX side Pumas UNAM on Wednesday, April 2 in the first leg of the Concacaf Champions Cup quarterfinals. Kickoff is set for 6:30 p.m. PT.

Wednesday will mark the second all-time meeting between the 'Caps and Pumas, having previously met in the Leagues Cup Round of 32 last year. It'll also mark the 11th time Vancouver faces a Mexican side in their MLS era (1W-4L-5D). Tickets for the match are still available at www.whitecapsfc.com/tickets. The two teams will meet once again next Wednesday, April 9 in the second leg of the quarterfinals at Estadio Olímpico Universitario in Mexico City, Mexico.

QUARTERFINALS TIME: Vancouver Whitecaps FC are set to return to Concacaf Champions Cup play as they host the first leg of the quarterfinals against LIGA MX side Pumas UNAM this Wednesday, April 2 at BC Place. Next week, the two teams will square off once again in the second leg at Estadio Olímpico Universitario in Mexico City, Mexico. The winner of the two-legged affair will progress to the semifinals to face either MLS side LAFC or Inter Miami CF. This marks the first time since 2023 that Vancouver reach the quarterfinals stage of the tournament and the second time overall, having reached the semifinals back in 2017.

VAISAKHI CELEBRATION MATCH: The 'Caps continue to lead the Western Conference, equalling their 2015 season with the best start in the MLS era. On Saturday, Vancouver will return to MLS action as they host their fourth annual Vaisakhi Celebration Match against Colorado Rapids, who have equalled their best start since 2014 with 11 points in their first six matches. There will be several events taking place prior to kickoff. Supporters are invited to join the Fan Zone on Terry Fox Plaza, where a lively and colourful pre-match celebration will take place in collaboration with RED FM. The Sikh Motorcycle Club will once again lead the march to the match down Robson Street. In stadium entertainment is in partnership with 5X and will include DJ Kokaheena, anthem singer Raman Bains, and renowned musician Asad Khan.
