The MLS Disciplinary Committee announced today that New York City FC midfielder Yangel Herrera has been issued an undisclosed fine for simulation/embellishment during the 42nd minute of NYCFC's 3-2 loss to Vancouver Whitecaps FC on July 5 at BC Place.
