We're one week away from First Kick when Vancouver Whitecaps FC host New York Red Bulls at BC Place next Saturday, March 8. But the excitement starts on Monday as Major League Soccer kick off their second annual Jersey Week, revealing new kits for teams across the league.

. Once ordered, new jerseys will be available for picked up prior to the season opener at BC Place's Terry Fox Plaza on March 8, two hours before the match. Fans also have the option to receive rush delivery in order to have the new jersey before First Kick.
The club will reveal the new kit – featuring the special 40th anniversary mark – at the 2014 Season Launch Event on Wednesday, March 5, at the Commodore Ballroom, an exclusive event for season ticket holders. Initial spots for the Season Launch Event were swooped up in only 14 minutes when they were made available through the ‘Caps Card page on Wednesday. The 2014 Season Launch Event will be hosted by TSN’s Luke Wileman and Jason deVos. Not only will fans have the opportunity to see the new kit, they will also be able to meet and mingle with the team and hear from head coach Carl Robinson.
