STARTING XI NOTES:
Whitecaps FC head coach Carl Robinson makes two personnel changes to his starting XI from Monday in LA with Kekuta Manneh and Blas Pérez in for Nicolás Mezquida and Erik Hurtado.
Pérez makes his third start with Whitecaps FC and first with the 'Caps at BC place. Previous starts include a 4-0 defeat on April 9 at D.C. United and 2-1 win on March 19 at Seattle. Tonight is Pérez’s 15th appearance, which includes his Budweiser Man of the Match performance on May 11 when he scored two goals as a first-half sub against the Chicago Fire.
Goalkeeper David Ousted makes his 100th consecutive start in MLS regular season action (103rd including playoffs and 105th including the Amway Canadian Championship.
Masato Kudo returns to the 18-man roster for the first time since suffering a fractured jaw on May 11 against Chicago Fire. He missed six league matches and all four Canadian Championship games.
