  • Manager Carl Robinson makes one change to the starting XI from last Saturday against D.C. United as Matías Laba returns from suspension and replaces Alphonso Davies.
  • Whitecaps FC have now played six of the last seven MLS matches with the same starting XI.
  • Parker, who was voted as Whitecaps FC’s player of the month for May, is the only player in today’s XI that also started the second leg of the Canadian Championship against Montreal.


INJURY LIST:

  • Christian Dean: out – left foot (fifth metatarsal) stress reaction suffered in training on April 25. Completed light on-field workouts with medical staff and underwater treadmill sessions this week
  • David Edgar: out – PCL and MCL tear, as well as a meniscus tear, in his right knee suffered on December 15, surgery on January 4. Out for the 2017 season
  • Erik Hurtado: out – left foot fracture suffered at the end of the first half against LA Galaxy on April 1. Completed underwater treadmill sessions this week
  • Bernie Ibini: out – right hamstring strain suffered during the second half of the Elimination Final against Perth Glory on April 29. Trained full this week
  • Brett Levis: out – ACL tear in his right knee suffered during the second half of the 2016 season finale against Portland on October 23, surgery on November 8. Completed on-field workouts with medical staff this week
  • Nicolás Mezquida: out – high right ankle sprain suffered during the first half of the Canadian Championship second leg at Montreal Impact. Awaiting MRI results
  • Yordy Reyna: out – left foot (fifth metatarsal) fracture suffered in the second half of the preseason match at Portland on February 15, surgery on February 21. Completed on-field workouts with medical staff this week
