– Vancouver Whitecaps FC announced on Thursday that fewer than 1,000 tickets remain available for Saturday’s home match against New England Revolution. Kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m. PT at BC Place, with the match broadcast live on TSN and TSN 1040 radio. Tickets can be purchased online at

. The patio on Terry Fox Plaza will be open starting at 11:30 a.m. PT, serving food and beverage.
Prior to the 'Caps match, the UEFA Champions League Final featuring Real Madrid CF versus Liverpool FC will be on the big screen at Terry Fox Plaza, with kickoff scheduled for 11:45 a.m. PT. Should the match go to extra time, it will be shown inside the stadium before kickoff.
Saturday will be the final match for captain Kendall Waston before departing to join the Costa Rican national team ahead of the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia. Fans are invited to wish Waston well by signing a giant postcard for the Towering Tico. The scheduled availability to sign the postcard will be:
- Thursday, May 24 – Whitecaps FC Official Store in Gastown – 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Friday, May 25 – Whitecaps FC Official Store in Gastown – 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Following Saturday’s match, the ‘Caps are next at home on Saturday, June 9 versus Orlando City SC. This match will mark the conclusion of the club’s annual #BuckUp for Mental Health fundraising campaign, as fans are encouraged to “bring their bucks” to the match. All funds raised go to Covenant House Vancouver and their mental health programs for homeless and at-risk youth. This year the club is aiming to raise $100,000 for Covenant House Vancouver, with $25,000 already donated by the club to kick-start the efforts.
