The 2020 eMLS season
begins January 9 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
with League Series One.
League Series One is the first of three eMLS tournaments in 2020.
League Series One and League Series Two will be used for players to accumulate points to determine seeding for eMLS Cup 2020 at SXSW (South by Southwest) in Austin, Texas.
The 2020 eMLS season will mark the league debut of
Vancouver Whitecaps FC’s new official eSports gamer, Exraa
, as well as three more MLS clubs – LAFC, Austin FC, and Nashville SC.
2020 eMLS League Series One will see gamers from 25 MLS clubs compete in 12 matches each during the first round on Thursday, January 9.

representing Vancouver is against Young H of newcomers Austin FC.

The top eight overall players from the first day of action qualify for the
livestream portion of the event on Friday, January 10

The overall winner will be crowned League Series One champion and receive a $7,500 cash prize.
