Parmar was born and raised in Surrey, BC, and played youth soccer with Surrey Pegasus FC. Parmar is a dangerous striker who likes to push the pace of play and create offensive chance for her teammates. Her favourite player to watch is Whitecaps FC alum and Canadian international striker Christine Sinclair.
