Match San Jose's work ethic
San Jose are a wounded animal.
But they are coming off of a strong 4-0 home victory over Austin FC on Wednesday.
They only have one home game left after this one, so they will come out strong and the 'Caps need to match them.
Competition for places
With three games in a week, there was some much needed rotation to start Wednesday's match in Portland.
However the first half wasn't at the level. The second half was much better.
The competition for places will need a better return on gameday down the stretch.
