Captain Jay DeMerit scored his first goal for the ‘Caps last Saturday to help navigate the team to a historic win on the road. This week, he's asking supporters for all hands on deck to help sink the competition. If you haven't seen it already Jay personally took the initiative to create a ‘Whitecaps Wave’ for Vancouver fans, and he wants everyone's help flooding Twitter and Facebook to get it to catch on!

Fans at Saturday's match can expect a sea of red cards at the match this Saturday. That's because the Vancouver Southsiders will be joining official supporters groups from around the league as part of an initiative to "Show Racism the Red Card". After the singing of the national anthem before the game against D.C. United, the Southsiders will be raising red cards in a show of unity against racism and homophobia. Well done lads.
