VANCOUVER, BC – Vancouver Whitecaps FC host Los Angeles Football Club tonight at BC Place across the TSN network. On TSN 1 and 3, the broadcast will start at 6:50 p.m. PT ahead of the 7:01 p.m. PT kickoff, while TSN 4 and 5 will join following the conclusion of the 5 p.m. PT match between Philadelphia Union and Orlando City SC.
This will be the first-ever MLS meeting between Vancouver and LAFC, who are averaging the second and third most points in the Western Conference, respectively.
The ‘Caps are 3W-2L-1D after their first six matches – four of which have come away from home. Kei Kamara and Brek Shea are leading the way for Whitecaps FC with three goals apiece.
LAFC, meanwhile, enter the match with a 2W-2L-0D record thanks largely to the offensive production of 20-year-old Uruguayan Diego Rossi and Mexican international Carlos Vela, who have combined for six goals and six assists on the season.
