Vancouver Whitecaps FC are proud to support the 11th annual Bell Let’s Talk Day this Thursday, January 28.
Bell Let’s Talk promotes mental health awareness, acceptance and action built on four key pillars: fighting stigma, improving access to care, supporting world-class research and leading by example in workplace mental health.
With COVID-19 affecting every aspect of our lives, Canadians are feeling the impact of the pandemic on their mental health. Now more than ever, mental health matters and every action counts.
Here’s how Bell Let’s Talk Day works: on January 28, Bell will donate more towards mental health initiatives in Canada by contributing 5¢ for every applicable text, call, tweet or TikTok video using #BellLetsTalk, social media video view, and use of the Bell Let’s Talk Facebook frame or Snapchat filter.
Since the first Bell Let’s Talk Day in 2011, Canadians and people around the world have sent over 1.1 billion messages of support for mental health, bringing Bell’s total commitment to $113 million. By joining the conversation, you can help create positive change and drive Bell’s donations to mental health programs.
