ROTTERDAM, NETHERLANDS – Whitecaps FC U-15 academy boys played their second day of matches at the SportChain Cup in Rotterdam.
SK Brann
The first match of the day came against Norwegian side SK Brann, ending in a 3-1 defeat.
The 'Caps opened the scoring off of a Jay Herdman free kick which was touched across goal by Rohin Kapila and headed in by captain Luke Norman.
Brann then equalized in first half added time, and scored a pair of second half goals while the 'Caps continued to attack.
The second match came against AZ Alkmaar, finishing 3-0 for the Dutch team.
An even match saw the 'Caps carry the lion's share of possession, but Alkmaar finish their chances on the counterattack.

The U-15s will play their final placement matches on Monday.
