A week after kicking off the season in Portland, Whitecaps FC Academy teams hosted their first home matches versus rivals Seattle Sounders FC Academy.
U-19
Jalen Watson scored for the U-19s as they played to a 1-1 draw versus their southern counterparts.

The U-17s dropped a 5-1 result. Emiliano Brienza scored his third goal in two matches for the 'Caps.

The U-15s fell by a 4-0 final score.
"Full credit to Seattle on the day, who were able to put full effort into all areas of the game for longer periods than we were today," said U-15 head coach Scott Howey. "They took advantage of their spells in control of the game, and in comparison we lacked the final act when we gained territory. These are valuable lessons for the boys to take away early in the season and they come at a good time as we continue to build our identity."
