League1 BC is back!
It was a banner 2023 season last year. Whitecaps FC are the defending champions for both the men's and women's divisions. They also combined to win the Juan de Fuca Plate, awarded annually to the club with the most combined points between their men's and women's sides. To top things off, the women took home national honours as League1 Canada Inter-Provincial champions.
Now they're back to defend their titles, starting on Sunday, April 28 at Thunderbird Stadium (12 p.m. and 3 p.m. PT).

There are a few prizes up for grabs.
League1 BC championship
In both divisions, the top four teams at the end of the regular season will battle it out in a playoff tournament for the 2024 League1 BC Finals crown.
Juan de Fuca Plate
Created by supporters, the Juan de Fuca Plate is awarded annually to the club with the most combined points between their men's and women's sides. Whitecaps FC are current holders of the plate after claiming the title in 2023. Learn more about the plate at juandefucaplate.ca.
League1 Canada Inter-Provincial Championship
The winners of the 2024 L1BC Women’s Division regular season will win a berth in this year’s Inter-Provincial Championship in Ontario. As noted, the Whitecaps FC Girls Elite Academy are defending League1 Canada Inter-Provincial champs.
TELUS Canadian Championship
