Spots remain available for the 2013 Vancouver Whitecaps FC Coaching Clinic presented by Tim Hortons. The clinic is free for all participants and will take place at BC Place from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. PT on Saturday, September 28. Coaches can register online at whitecapsfc.com/coachingclinic.
This year's Coaching Clinic will conclude with a Q&A session with Whitecaps FC head coach Martin Rennie.
"We look forward to welcoming local coaches to BC Place this weekend for the second edition of the Whitecaps FC Coaching Clinic," said Rennie. "We as coaches play a vital role in the development of young players. As we continue to grow the sport in this province, our staff are excited to pass on tips and techniques that will help guide players to reach their full potential."

Local coaches are invited to join members of Whitecaps FC’s technical staff from the club’s MLS, Residency, and Girls Elite teams. Participants will hear from a variety of ‘Caps coaches and have a chance to learn new drills and coaching techniques, followed by a formal question and answer period.
The event is designed to help participants hone their coaching techniques, which will help soccer players reach their full technical, tactical, mental, and physical potential.
All coaches who register will receive a Tim Hortons gift card and travel mug, as well as a copy of the drills included in the clinic.
