The first... Player of the Month award given to Whitecaps FC. Camilo took the honours in July, before winning the award again in October. Camilo also led the way by winning MLS Player of the Week four times (the most in MLS), while Kenny Miller, Brad Knighton, and Kekuta Manneh also took home the award in 2013. Whitecaps FC led all teams with seven total Player of the Week awards.
Lastly, the first...senior men's national team call-ups for three members of the organization came this year. Residency products Sam Adekugbe, Jackson Farmer, and Caleb Clarke all earned their first call-ups for the Canadian national team at the senior level under new head coach, Benito Floro.
