All gates open 60 minutes before kickoff, except for Gate H, which provides VIP access for Premium ticket buyers starting 90 minutes before kickoff. Enter the stadium at least an hour prior to kickoff to avoid longer wait times. Parking is limited, so we recommend taking transit over driving if possible.
For ease of entry, avoid bringing a bag to the stadium. If you do bring a bag, make sure it’s made of clear plastic and smaller than 12”x12”x6”. Exceptions will be made for diaper bags and medically necessary items that do not fit into a clear bag. You can bring one small opaque bag, but it can’t be larger than 6.5”x 8.5”. All bags will be inspected prior to entry.
Ticket buyers can access their tickets through Ticketmaster.
BC Place is a cashless venue. All major digital forms of payment including Debit, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Google Pay and Apple Pay are accepted.
No visiting team apparel is allowed in the designated Whitecaps FC Supporter sections.
