Q. What's the process for booking a group?

STEP 1: Set a date for your group.

STEP 2: Contact a Group Sales representative to reserve the number of tickets you need.

STEP 3: Finalize payment with your representative and receive tickets electronically for a seamless match-day experience.

Q. How many people qualify as a group?

Just 10 tickets qualify for a group discount.

Q. How can I purchase tickets?

All group tickets can be purchased over the phone with a Group Sales representative by calling (604) 678-2854 or emailing groups@whitecapsfc.com.

Q. Can I add on tickets after I purchase?

Yes! But you should have a close approximation of your final number when you are ready to purchase, as we cannot guarantee that your seats will be together if all tickets aren’t purchased at the same time.

Q. Can I sell any of my extra tickets?

No. There is a strict no reselling policy with Whitecaps FC Group Tickets.

Q. What forms of payment do you take?

We take all major credit cards (VISA, AMEX, Mastercard). We can also accept cheques if they are received 30 days prior to the match.

Q. Can I print my tickets?

No, all of our tickets are mobile.

Q. How do I access my tickets?

Following your purchase, your representative will send you your confirmation email with a receipt and information on how to access your tickets via the online account manager at www.whitecapsfc.com/accountmanager. Once your tickets are paid in full, you can log in with your email.

Q. How do I manage my online tickets?

You can manage your tickets through your account manager at www.whitecapsfc.com/accountmanager. Just use your email and password to log into your account.

Q. How do my kids participate in one of the fan experiences?

Our pre-match and post-match fan experiences are a great way for kids to be a part of the action. Most participants are selected through the Kickin’ with the ‘Caps program in partnership with local youth soccer clubs in BC. Q. How do I get a message on the video board?

Make your event extra special with a shout out message to your group on the video board. To be eligible, a minimum ticket purchase of 20 tickets is required. Video spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q. Is there a fee for purchasing group tickets?

No additional fees apply!

Q. What is the refund policy?

All sales are final.
